Coastal Villages Region Fund (“Coastal Villages,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers a text messaging (SMS) service that allows our employees to communicate directly with contracted workers and affiliated individuals regarding scheduling, onboarding, and human resources matters. These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) describe that service and the terms on which it is provided. They supplement, and should be read together with, our Privacy Policy.
By providing your mobile phone number to Coastal Villages, or by sending a text message to a Coastal Villages phone number, you agree to these SMS Terms.
Coastal Villages sends and receives one-to-one text messages between our employees and contracted workers using company-assigned phone numbers. Messages relate to scheduling, onboarding logistics, and human resources matters. This is a conversational messaging service; it is not used for marketing, promotional campaigns, bulk messaging, or automated alerts.
Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on your interactions with Coastal Villages employees.
Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. Please contact your wireless provider for details about your messaging and data plan.
You may opt in to receive text messages from Coastal Villages in either of the following ways: (1) by providing your mobile phone number to Coastal Villages during onboarding, at which time you are informed that you may receive text messages regarding scheduling, onboarding, and HR matters; or (2) by sending a text message to a Coastal Villages phone number. Opting in is voluntary and is not a condition of engagement or of receiving any service.
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from a Coastal Villages number. You may also reply QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. After you opt out, you will receive one confirmation message and will not receive further text messages from that number unless you opt back in. To resume messages, reply START.
For help, reply HELP to any message from a Coastal Villages number, or contact us using the information below. Replying HELP will return a message with our support contact information.
Your privacy matters to us. Mobile opt-in information and phone numbers are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Information collected through the SMS service is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
We reserve the right to update or modify these SMS Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the SMS service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.
